2. HD Web, the brand
HD Web is the trading name under which Diaspora Digital Connect LLC sells websites, AI avatar video and web systems. HD stands for Horj and Dumitru, and for high definition.
The contract, the invoice and the legal responsibility sit with Diaspora Digital Connect LLC. HD Web is the name on the work.
3. The people
Horj Marian — founder, client relations. First contact, scoping, quotes.
Dumitru Hantig — co-founder, web developer. Design, build, deployment.
We work in English, Romanian, Italian, German, Spanish, Greek and Russian, and we sell across Europe. There is no regional restriction and no minimum company size — a single shop and a group with six locations get the same build.
4. What we sell
- Websites — designed, built and launched, in one language or seven, with a 360° walkthrough where the place itself is what sells.
- AI avatar video — presenter clips made with a digital presenter, for a website and for social pages, in every language you sell in.
- Systems — the database behind the site: bookings, stock, client accounts, admin panels, forms that go somewhere.
Prices are quoted per project, in euro, in writing, before any work starts. We do not publish a price list because no two projects are the same scope.
5. Invoicing and VAT
- Invoices are issued by Diaspora Digital Connect LLC, from the United Arab Emirates.
- Payment is taken through Stripe payment links — any card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A Stripe receipt reaches you automatically.
- If you need an invoice made out to your company, send us the company name, address and VAT number and we will issue it.
- For business customers in the European Union, the service is supplied by a company outside the EU: any VAT is accounted for by you under the reverse charge, according to the rules in your country.
